Causes of Spinal Misalignments
Many life events or habits can cause spinal misalignments. Consult your chiropractor if you are affected by one of the following:
1.A difficult delivery of a baby
2.Children tumbling and falling learning to walk and play.
4.Improper sleeping position (stomach sleeping)
5.A slip, fall, or sports injury.
6.A motor vehicle accident causing whiplash, shock or injury (even if you do not have any pain after the accident).
7.Using same body position or movement repetitively (Mousing with the same hand).
8.Emotional stress, trauma, depression, illness or anxiety.
9.Not getting enough exercise.
10.Improper carrying of heavy loads.
11.Lack of sufficient sleep.
12.Excessive workload and exhaustion.
13.Incorrect or heavy lifting.
