“Walking is man’s best medicine”-Hippocrates
The most inexpensive, easiest and easily accessible exercise is walking. You don’t need expensive gear, except a good pair of supportive shoes.
Even a half an hour of walking per day will boost your health. In addition to improving cardiovascular function and circulation, building muscles and endurance, it is a great way to burn calories. It will help raise your metabolism and give you more energy as your body adjusts.
Walking core incentive? There are several ways to help stick with a walking routine: walk with a friend and set goals that are realistic (keep track of how long or how far you have walked. You never know how far you may get by walking out the door!).
