Webster Technique for Breech Babies

One of the many benefits of pre-natal chiropractic is to optimize pelvic alignment for labour. The Webster’s technique, for example, can be effective for helping turn breech babies. By releasing tension in the sacroiliac joint (in the pelvis) and the opposite round ligament, the Webster’s technique helps release uterine pressure and constriction that makes it difficult for the baby to turn itself.
